In addition to the payment platform enabling you to complete a transaction, the OSJM website also contains links to third-party websites. OSJM is in no way responsible for the practices adopted by these third parties with regard to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information and the protection of privacy. If you click on a link and leave the OSJM website, we encourage you to become familiar with the practices of these third parties, which may differ from ours.
Use of the OSJM Website or Applications by Minors
Minors must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before disclosing their personal information when using the OSJM website.
Access, Modification and Destruction of Personal Information
You may, at any time, submit a written request to access your personal information in order to review and amend it, if necessary. This request may be submitted to the contact information indicated in the following section. You may also choose to stop receiving electronic promotional communications from OSJM by unsubscribing from our mailing list. Any such request may also be submitted to the contact information indicated in the following section. Finally, you may request that the personal information we have collected about you be destroyed. We will then destroy this information whenever possible. However, certain information that has been “anonymized” or that must be retained for a certain period of time in accordance with the law may not be destroyed.
